• Account data: email address, authentication tokens
• Business content: names, descriptions, and goals you provide
• Generated content: business plans, tasks, and market insights
• Payment data: processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Usage data: server logs, request IDs, IP addresses

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We process your data to provide the AI Business Co-Pilot service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract performance) and for legitimate interests such as security and service improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Amazon Web Services (hosting) — US, EU Standard Contractual Clauses
• OpenAI (AI processing) — US, EU SCCs
• Supabase (authentication & database) — US, EU SCCs

5. Data Retention

Account and business data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion request, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
