AI Business Co-Pilot ("we," "us") helps entrepreneurs plan and execute their business ideas using AI. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address and authentication credentials managed by Supabase Auth.
  • Business content you provide: business names, descriptions, goals, and other details you enter to generate plans and tasks.
  • AI-generated content: business plans, tasks, and market insights we create for you, stored so you can revisit them.
  • Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — only a customer identifier and subscription status.
  • Usage data: server logs, request IDs, and basic analytics about how the service is used.

How we use your information

  • To generate and personalize business plans, tasks, and insights.
  • To operate your account, process subscriptions, and provide support.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
  • To improve the service based on aggregate usage patterns.

AI processing

To create business plans and insights, your prompts and business information are processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI) acting on our behalf. We send only what is needed to generate your content. We do not use your data to train AI models.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the service (hosting, AI processing, authentication, and payments) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your content while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below. Some records may be retained as required for legal or accounting purposes.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), hashed passwords, and access controls. AI quota is enforced atomically and Stripe webhooks are verified by signature. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use only essential cookies for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
