Terms of Service

AI Business Co-Pilot uses AI to write business plans, tasks, market insights and answers from what you enter. AI output can be wrong or out of date and is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice: check it before you rely on it.

You must be at least 18. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

What you enter and what the service writes from it are yours. You allow us to process them only to run the service for you. Enter only what you have the right to use.

No unlawful use, no attempts to get around the plans' limits, to disrupt the service, or to reverse-engineer it.

• Free: 1 active business and 10 AI calls a month.
• Pro ($29 a month, after a 14-day free trial): unlimited businesses and 500 AI calls a month.
• Unused AI calls don't carry over to the next month.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Pro renews monthly until you cancel in the billing portal; if you cancel during the trial you aren't charged, otherwise cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid month. Fees already paid are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it.

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change the service and these terms; if a change matters to you, we will tell you in advance by email.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Liability under the Product Liability Act is not affected.

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@nubri.co. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after a warning unless the breach is serious.

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid contract (a subscription, a plan or a credit purchase) within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, tell us before the period ends with a clear statement: an email to info@nubri.co is enough, or a letter to Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments we received for that contract within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you used, at no cost to you. At checkout you ask us to start the service straight away; so you pay a proportionate amount for what we provided until your notice: for a subscription, the share of the billing period that had passed; for credits, the credits you used.

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. The courts of Berlin have jurisdiction where the law allows it.
