The service

AI Business Co-Pilot uses AI to generate business plans, actionable tasks, and market insights from the information you provide. Generated content is created automatically and may contain inaccuracies; it is meant as a planning aid, not as professional business or legal advice.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use AI Business Co-Pilot. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the business information and prompts you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the service and generate plans and insights for you. You represent that you have the right to share what you provide and that it does not infringe others' rights.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not circumvent rate limits or quota enforcement mechanisms.
• Do not use the service to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or infringes on others' rights.

Subscriptions and payments

AI Business Co-Pilot offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription ($29/month). Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

AI-generated content

Content generated by our AI is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and validating any plans, tasks, or insights before acting on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for your specific situation.

Intellectual property

The AI Business Co-Pilot name, software, and design are owned by us. Subject to these Terms, you may use the content generated for your personal and commercial business planning purposes.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs. You are responsible for validating any business decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Business Co-Pilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using AI Business Co-Pilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though certain provisions survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
